1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ekipo, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use Ekipo. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use most features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and take responsibility for all activities under your account.

4. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree to use Ekipo only for lawful purposes. You agree not to post harmful, abusive, or illegal content, harass other users, or attempt unauthorized access to the App.

5. Community Guidelines

• Be respectful — treat all members with courtesy
• Keep content appropriate — no profanity, hate speech, or offensive content
• Stay on topic — keep discussions relevant to sports and club activities
• Report inappropriate content using the in-app report feature or email us at dev@ekipo.app

6. Clubs and Events

Ekipo is a platform that facilitates connections. We do not organize, sponsor, or control events created by users. You participate in events at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its content are owned by Ekipo and protected by intellectual property laws. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for operating the App.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

Ekipo is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sweden. EU consumers may bring claims in their country of residence.
